By accessing the TradeFlow Business Systems website and purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
All products sold by TradeFlow Business Systems are digital templates, spreadsheets, planners and trackers delivered electronically. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share or otherwise make the files available to any third party.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. Once your payment has been successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Products are delivered digitally via instant download or an email link following successful payment. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout, and for ensuring the products are compatible with your own software (for example, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel). Please check the product details for compatibility information before purchasing.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a faulty or inaccessible file, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All templates, designs, layouts and content offered by TradeFlow Business Systems remain the intellectual property of TradeFlow Business Systems. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the products, but does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute our materials in whole or in part.
Our products are provided on an "as is" basis for general business organisation purposes. To the extent permitted by law, TradeFlow Business Systems is not liable for any business outcomes, decisions or data loss arising from your use of the templates. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting the products to suit your own circumstances.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
