Digital Product License Agreement
The terms that apply when you purchase and use any TradeFlow Business Systems template, spreadsheet, or planner.
What You Can and Can't Do

Use the template for your own business or up to [X] client businesses
Customize colors, layout, and content to fit your brand
Print or use digitally across your own devices
Use it for the lifetime of your business
You Can't
Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others
Upload the template to third-party marketplaces or template shops
Claim the design or system as your own original creation
Offer it as part of a paid course or coaching bundle without a license
License Terms in Detail
Each purchase grants a single-business license. You may use the product across your own business's devices and team members, but the license does not extend to other companies you may own separately.
You may not resell, share, rent, lease, or give away the files, templates, or any derivative of them, whether for free or for payment, in original or modified form.
TradeFlow Business Systems retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the templates and systems. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or system.
You are free to customise colours, branding, layout, and content for your own internal use. Customisation does not grant you rights to resell the modified version.
Purchases include access to future minor updates of the same product at no extra cost. Major new product versions may be offered as a separate purchase.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Common Licensing Questions
Each license covers one business. If you're a consultant or agency using our systems across multiple client businesses, you'll need a license for each client, or reach out about a multi-use license.
Your license and access to updates remain valid indefinitely once purchased — there's no subscription or expiry.
Yes, team members within the same licensed business can use the file. Sharing outside your business is not covered by the license.
Licenses are non-transferable. The new owner would need to purchase their own licence.
Contact us as soon as you're aware of an issue — most cases can be resolved by simply purchasing the correct license type going forward.
